Welcome to my world

Thank you for stopping by! I’m a few months away from launching my novel TRUST. In the meantime, I thought I’d start slowly building my little web home.

A quick ‘about me’. I live in Plymouth, MA, and as you can see from the top picture, I love the ocean and boats. That pic was snapped from my iPhone this Summer in Scituate. We were on our way to see Joe Walsh in concert at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset and stopped to have a bite to eat at a restaurant nearby. The water was calm and still and the boats were just breathtaking. My grandfather would have loved them. He always owned a boat and especially loved the classic wooden ones, which many of these were. He would have loved the bright colors too. He passed away about two years ago, at the age of 94 and was such an inspiration on how to live life to the fullest. This picture makes me happy and makes me think of him. 🙂

What else should you know about me? I work hard, love to eat and cook (am a bit food obsessed if I’m being honest and most of the girls in my office seem to be of the same mindset, so there’s a good chance you’ll see an occasional recipe here.) Consider yourself forewarned.

I’m as much a reader as I am a writer, and love to discover new authors. So, one thing I’m going to do here is to share with you some of the authors I love, and interview them, asking all the questions I’d want to know, both as a reader and a writer.

Hope you’ll swing by again, and invite your friends. The more the merrier!

  1. Best of luck with the blog and the novel, too. I feel like a veteran…..! Seriously, with 4 novels out on Amazon, am happy to help with any advice! You might want to follow my blog; I don’t blog post very often but occasionally (though not very often!) I write something of help to new authors (mostly I just rant a bit). There’s an article about my impressions of the different social networking sites, and a couple about readers’ reviews.

  2. Hello, Pamela and welcome to the blogging world. I’m in the UK but I’ve been to Plymouth and loved it. Can you get me the recipe for the orange and cranberry muffins they serve at the little cafe near the jetty for the whale-watching tours. It’s a long time ago that I was there, but my attempts never turn out as good!

Have a great time with your blog. Good luck with the writing too.

  3. Thanks for the tips shared in your blog. Another thing I would like to talk about is that weight reduction is not information about going on a dietary fad and trying to reduce as much weight as you’re able in a few months. The most effective way to burn fat is by consuming it little by little and obeying some basic ideas which can enable you to make the most from the attempt to drop some weight. You may understand and be following some of these tips, nonetheless reinforcing awareness never affects.
